Logan Transfer was knowledgeable about the traffic patterns as well as many of the buildings in the area and their various requirements.

Logan Transfer's wrap-around services were excellent. In addition to physically moving us, they were instrumental with the following:

Furniture Re-configuration: This move included a reconfiguration of our existing furniture. The furniture installers double and triple checked the hardware to be sure that they had all the materials they would need the day of the move.

Furniture Liquidation and Junk Removal: This move also included liquidation of some furniture that we could no longer use. Logan Transfer worked with us to find a liquidator to take some of the items and assisted us with junking all else.
Their staff came in with a, "Let's get this done!" attitude that was infectious. They worked with and around our other various vendors including our electricians and folks whom all played a role in getting our furniture installed right. I really can't say enough about John Logan, our project manager. John made sure we were happy with the end results. He even came in on the Saturday before the staff was scheduled to report to the new office, to fix one of the desks that he didn't think looked "quite right". It's rare to get that kind of quality service.

Their customer service was bar none. Leading up to the move, they were very patient with all of our many questions and always responded in a timely fashion. They did not disappoint.

In reality, the service provided by our Project Manager John Logan and his Logan Transfer moving team was fantastic and exceeded my expectations. Logan Transfer was able to adjust on the fly when the inevitable "scope creep" reared its head and more trucks were needed. They were patient when meeting with the various stakeholders for each phase ... some of which were particularly hard to work with.
One example of the level of service was a custom stainless-steel stand with a large weighted base broke before it ever left the old building. Logan personally took it to a welder to have it repaired and brought it to the new site the next week. No additional charge.
The best part was when the final bill arrived. It came in UNDER the bid that was originally submitted. Selecting Logan Transfer made my job easier, saved me time, and saved money.

I have been utilizing the services of your company for over five years. However, never so intensely as these last nine months. I have been coordinating various moves to accommodate the growth in our company on a monthly basis this entire year. Sometimes, two or three moves on an intermittent basis in one month.
I learned that the move crews are not just laborers who haul furniture and boxes. There is a science and expertise in the way items are handled and moved.
